Why is my hosting service suspended?
The suspension of a service in most cases has been carried out due to non-payment of an invoice, but there may also be other reasons.
The account may be suspended for the following reasons:
- Non-payment of the invoice before the due date, see Terms and Conditions chapter 4. Financial, section Delay/Suspension/Reactivation;
- Violation of the acceptable Use of Resources policy;
- Violation of the Terms and Conditions, chapter 10. Content Policy, and chapter 11. Usage Policy.
The steps required for reactivation vary depending on the reason for suspension:
Non-payment of the invoice:
- If the invoice is recent, simply paying it will reactivate the account. If the payment is made via bank transfer, a copy of the payment order must be sent to office@hostico.com.
- If the service has been suspended for more than 30 days, it is possible that the hosting data may no longer exist, and you will need to contact the sales department regarding this issue.
In case of violation of the Terms and Conditions, you will need to contact the Hostico team to resolve the situation.
At the moment of account suspension, an automatic email is sent with the reason for the suspension.
