Tracking the delivery of an email in cPanel

Introduction
This tutorial explains how to view the delivery path of a message.
Requirements
- a cPanel account
Steps to Follow
- after logging in to the cPanel control panel, in the interface that will be displayed, we look for the section "EMAIL ADDRESS", and there we click on "Delivery Tracking"
- in the window that will be displayed we will have several options:
- "Total display" that shows a complete report of all emails
2. "Show Blocked & Failed" shows us a report only of the emails that have been blocked or that failed to reach the recipient.
3. în the case where a report is desired that includes only a specific email box, it will be filled in the "Recipient Email (optional)" box, after which you click on "Run report"
- after selecting and executing one of the three options below, a report will be generated on the page that can be sorted according to preference by checking or unchecking the four available options.
- The table will initially show seven columns of information, which can be sorted or new information columns can be added by checking the options that can be seen in the icon in the upper right corner of the report
- all data in this report is retained for ten days.
